Fees and Insurance

I believe meaningful care should be clear and transparent from the start. Below is an overview of fees and insurance for each way of working together.

Therapy

**Illinois clients**

I am in-network with the following insurance plans for Illinois clients:

- Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO
- Blue Choice PPO
- UnitedHealthcare

If you have one of these plans, your cost will depend on your individual benefits, including your copay, coinsurance, and whether your deductible has been met. I'm happy to help you understand what to expect.

**Self-pay** — $150 per session.

**Georgia clients**

I see Georgia clients virtually on a self-pay basis. Sessions are $150.

Coaching

Coaching is a focused, forward-oriented container for clients navigating creative, vocational, or leadership transitions, offered outside of a clinical frame.

**Single session** — $175

**3-month container (6 sessions)** — $1,200

Coaching is private-pay and not billed through insurance.

 Intensives

Intensives offer focused, concentrated work for clients seeking meaningful movement on specific material within a contained span of time.

**2-hour intensive** — $350.

Intensives are private-pay and not billed through insurance.

A note on out-of-network benefits

If you have a PPO plan I'm not in-network with, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. I can provide a superbill — a detailed receipt — that you can submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement rates vary by plan, so I encourage you to call the number on your insurance card and ask about your out-of-network outpatient mental health coverage.

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or paying out of pocket have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for services. You'll receive this estimate in writing before we begin our work together, and you can request one at any time. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute it. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

 Payment

Payment is due at the time of service.  Please note that a 24-hour cancellation policy applies; sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full fee.
