My consulting is rooted in my work as a mental health consultant within school systems — supporting educators, staff, and the children in their care. And my perspective stays current: through my clinical work, I see firsthand how the demands on leaders and teams alike, organizational strain, and the current political climate are landing on people — and on the communities they serve, particularly those most affected by shifts in equity, inclusion, and belonging. I bring that lived, real-time understanding, alongside clinical and somatic depth, to every organization I partner with. This isn't theory borrowed from a slide deck. It's how I've practiced.
